Leading the initiative to standardize HR processes, you will ensure that both administrative tasks and compliance with policies are handled effectively. You will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and supporting departmental HR teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the establishment of the Pay & Benefits Program
- Ensure timely payroll and benefit administration
- Lead continuous improvement in reporting and analytics
- Develop and coach pay and benefits staff for efficiency Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in payroll and benefits
- Certification as Payroll Compliance Professional is an asset
- Expertise in HRIS systems, particularly PeopleSoft
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Leverage your expertise in payroll management to support the City of Winnipeg's diverse workforce and ensure compliance and satisfaction.
