Work Environment

- Permanent full-time role
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm

-Participation is required in the following:
- Weekly on-call rotation
- Monthly Safety Meetings
- Maintenance Activities

Utility Service Construction Line Locating and R/W Inspection

Preferred Qualifications:





- Experience in gas utility operations
- Knowledge of natural gas distribution systems
- Familiarity with CSA Z662 and CSA B149 standards
- Backhoe operation experience (asset)
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Competent in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook -Willing to train the right candidate-

Education & Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Preference for ticketed Gas Utility Operator or Gasfitter
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots (required)
- Valid Class 5 driver
- Driver’s abstract required upon request
