Job Summary

Join our dynamic agricultural team as a General Farm Worker, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and productivity of our farm operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a quick-paced environment, supporting various aspects of crop cultivation, equipment maintenance, and farm infrastructure. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute directly to the success of our farm, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality produce.

Duties

- Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and equipment
- Operate heavy machinery such as tractors, plows, and other farm equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle heavy lifting tasks involving bags of supplies, equipment parts,



or harvested produce
- Support with the installation and repair of irrigation systems to promote healthy crop growth
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, equipment usage, and maintenance tasks

- Training will be provided
