Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Handyman to join our maintenance team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities through hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting. Your expertise will help maintain a smooth-running environment, supporting our operations and enhancing the experience for staff and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

- Landscaping and Parking Lot Clean up for various properties
- Support facilities maintenance by managing repairs related to HVAC systems, lighting, doors, flooring, and other infrastructure components.
- Conduct repairs involving minor electrical work, minor plumbing, and general handyman tasks with precision and safety in mind

Requirements

- Recommended background in Electrical, plumbing or HVAC, but not required.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
