Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our Tim Hortons location. As a General Help Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

The hourly wage for this role is $17.75.Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and effective customer service.




- Prepare beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items.
- Operate cash registers and process customer transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Restock products and supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Food service or customer service experience is an asset.
- Previous Tim Hortons experience is considered a strong asset and will be given preference.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
