Hybrid Infusions is the independent Edmonton team behind Virtue Cannabis, and we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on General Labourer to help keep our facility clean, organized, safe, and running smoothly.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys staying busy and doesn’t mind jumping between different types of work. One day you may be helping with deliveries or moving equipment, and the next you could be assisting with a maintenance project, taking care of the yard, or clearing snow and keeping outdoor areas accessible during the winter.

What You'll Do

- Support the maintenance team with routine inspections, servicing, and basic maintenance tasks
- Help with equipment installation, setup, replacement, and facility upgrade
- Assist with larger maintenance and improvement projects as needed
- Take responsibility for snow removal during the winter, including clearing walkways, entrances, and other designated areas to keep the site secure and accessible
- Complete seasonal outdoor upkeep such as yard cleanup, weeding and debris removal
- Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Move materials, furniture, equipment and supplies throughout the facility
- Support local pickups and drop-offs of supplies, materials, equipment, and other items required for day-to-day operations
- Pitch in wherever needed to support day-to-day operations

- Willing to take initiative and find the next thing that needs to be done




- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Able to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and an active production facility
- Organized and able to manage a variety of tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round, including Edmonton winter conditions
- Willing to help different departments depending on operational needs
- Previous experience in general labour, maintenance, warehouse operations, facilities, landscaping, construction, or a similar hands-on role is considered an asset but not required

Requirements

- Local to the Edmonton area or able to reliably commute
- Valid driver's licence and ability to safely operate a company vehicle
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, pulling and working on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to beginning employment

Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
