General Labour – Trade Show Booth Setup & Teardown – Evening shift

Job Opportunity

We are currently hiring 3 reliable General Labourers to assist with the setup and teardown of a trade show booth at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with exhibition, event setup, warehouse, moving, or general labour experience who are comfortable working in a quick-paced environment and performing physical work.

Assignment Dates & Hours:

Sunday, September 27

5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (or later)

- Assist with trade show booth teardown
- Pack parts and products into crates
- Load trucks
- General cleanup of the work area

Compensation

- $22 – $26 / hour depending on experience





Candidates who are qualified and comfortable performing both the setup and teardown assignments are encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For

- Previous trade show, exhibition, moving, warehouse, or general labour experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical work and lift 50–60 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Able to follow instructions and work safely in a busy event environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work the required evening/night hours.

Required Safety Equipment

Safety shoes and a safety vest are mandatory.

Candidates without the required safety equipment will not be permitted to enter the building.
