Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the daily operations, supporting various tasks across construction, maintenance, or industrial sites. Your energy and proactive attitude will help ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment to support project workflows
- Perform site cleanup duties including debris removal, waste disposal, and general tidying to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and handing tools or supplies as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Help with basic construction tasks such as moving supplies, digging trenches, or assisting with assembly work
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met




- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals and project deadlines

Requirements

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and manual handling
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial settings
- Previous experience in labouring roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities
