Job Overview

Top Level Concrete is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Labourer to join our growing team. This position involves a wide range of concrete and site services including concrete finishing, concrete forming, site preparation, grading, excavation support, and operating machinery/equipment.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, punctual, dependable, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Team members play an important role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment on-site
- Perform general labour tasks including digging, lifting, moving materials, and site clean-up
- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Support site preparation, grading, and excavation work
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment at all times




- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople and equipment operators as needed
- Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in concrete, construction, landscaping, excavation, or general labour is considered an asset, but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to safety procedures
