General Manager The INN on Officers' Garden The General Manager is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies that maximize room revenue, profitability through Food & beverage events & catering, and effective management of the team while supporting the hotel's overall business objectives.

Degree or diploma in:

- Hospitality Management

- Business Administration

- Tourism Management

- Finance

Minimum 3 to 5 years as:

- General Manager

- Assistant General Manager

- Director of Operations

2-3 years’ Experience

- Hotel Software

- Forecasting & Budgeting

- Problem solving, decision making, communication

- Leadership and coaching skills

- Understanding of P&L;

- Quality assurance Programs

- Health & Safety Regulations

- Property Maintenance

- Staffing & Scheduling
