We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and drive the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for excellence. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, managing staff, and implementing company policies to achieve business objectives.

Duties

- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Foster a positive work setting by promoting teamwork, communication,



and employee engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and growth opportunities.
- Keep track of inventory, order and shipment
- Billing and invoices.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician (management experience an asset)
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Journeyman certificate ( would be an asset but not requirement)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
