Ontario-Licensed Physician – Hair & Eyebrow Restoration

Part-time / Flexible | Approximately 1 day per week to start

Rose Hill Care at Home is supporting the recruitment of an Ontario-licensed physician on behalf of a private medical/aesthetic clinic that is preparing to introduce hair and eyebrow restoration procedures.

The clinic has an established treatment space, required equipment, and an experienced hair-restoration technician. We are seeking a physician who is interested in a flexible clinical collaboration and can provide appropriate medical oversight while working with the existing clinical team.

This opportunity may be suitable for a physician with an interest or background in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, hair restoration, or related services, as well as physicians looking for a flexible supplementary clinical role.

Responsibilities

- Provide appropriate medical oversight for hair and eyebrow restoration services
- Conduct or support patient consultations and assessments where clinically required
- Provide guidance regarding patient eligibility, contraindications, safety, and aftercare
- Collaborate with the clinical team in establishing treatment protocols and clinical processes
- Support development of appropriate clinical documentation and standards
- Provide medical guidance and escalation when required
- Ensure physician involvement is consistent with applicable Ontario qualified and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with clinic management as the service develops and patient volume grows





Qualifications
- Licensed physician in Ontario and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Eligible to practise medicine in Ontario
- Strong commitment to patient safety and professional standards
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Experience or interest in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, hair restoration, or related procedures is an asset
- Comfortable working with a developing clinical service

Schedule
- Approximately 1 clinic day per week to start
- Flexible scheduling
- Potential for increased involvement as patient volume grows and based on mutual interest

Compensation Compensation is flexible and negotiable based on experience, scope of involvement, and the preferred arrangement.

Possible compensation structures may include:

- Hourly compensation
- Per-clinic-day compensation
- Fixed arrangement
- Other mutually agreed structure
