Responsibilities

- Responsible for various labour tasks
- Perform a variety of building maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning tasks
- Ensure site cleanliness, including picking up all garbage and pet waste around all sites
- Painting suites, parkades, and other areas
- Assist other team members as needed





Experience And Educational Requirements

- Experience in maintenance, and / or cleaning
- Familiarity with technology is an asset

Technical Requirements

- Ability to operate small equipment and power tools
- Ability to learn in-house software programs

Non-Technical Requirements

- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
- Solid commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
- Deadline and goal oriented
