Toha Glass & Railings is a family-owned glass company based in Mississauga that values quality in every job we do. We work on both residential and commercial projects, installing glass railings, aluminum railings, all types of shower enclosures, mirrors, and office partitions for homeowners, contractors, builders, and businesses across Ontario. We don't subcontract our installs. Our own crew does every job, and we're known for fast turnaround and clean, precise work.

We're growing and seeking a skilled Glass & Railing Installer to join the team. This is a full-time position paying $22–$30/hour depending on experience. If you have the required glass installation experience and are looking for a fulfilling and secure career, don't miss out. Join our team.

What You'll Do

- Install glass and aluminum railing systems (spigot, standoff, clamp, channel and post-and-picket) on residential and commercial projects, including decks, balconies, stairs and interiors
- Install all types of showers, including frameless, semi-frameless, framed, sliding, bathtub and steam shower enclosures
- Install mirrors and glass office partitions
- Work on a range of job sites, from custom homes and renovations to offices, retail spaces and commercial buildings
- Take accurate site measurements and confirm layouts before fabrication
- Drill and anchor into concrete, wood, steel and tile
- Handle and set tempered and laminated glass panels safely
- Make sure every install is level, plumb,



code-compliant and clean
- Represent Toha professionally with homeowners, contractors and site supervisors
- Load, unload and care for glass, hardware, tools and the company Sprinter

What We're Looking For

- 1–2+ years of experience installing glass railings, aluminum railings, shower enclosures or similar glazing work
- Solid measuring skills and attention to detail, since mistakes in glass are expensive
- Comfortable with power tools, core drills, levels and lasers
- Valid Ontario G driver's license with a clean record
- Able to lift heavy panels safely as part of a team and work outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in finished work

Nice to Have

- Experience with aluminum railings is a plus
- Commercial experience
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code guard requirements
