About the Role

KOMP is seeking a Global Mobility & Workforce Compliance Manager to support international workforce expansion, global employment processes, and workforce compliance across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Support global hiring and workforce expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate employment requirements across international markets.
- Advise HR teams on appropriate workforce engagement models.
- Support employee mobility, international assignments, and cross-border workforce processes.
- Monitor employment requirements and workforce compliance obligations.
- Work with HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams on international workforce matters.




- Maintain documentation and governance processes for global workers.
- Identify workforce risks and help establish scalable global HR processes.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, Workforce Compliance, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of cross-border workforce processes.
- Experience supporting employees or distributed teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Knowledge of international employment structures and workforce compliance preferred.
- Robust analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
