Become the Global Transformation Director at Scotiabank and lead critical outsourcing projects. This role is a contract position focusing on delivering strategic and operational outcomes across teams. You will report to the VP of Strategy, responsible for ensuring the success of GRECS’ outsourcing transformation.

Engage with multiple stakeholders to implement governance frameworks, optimize processes, and sustain delivery against committed outcomes. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete delivery of outsourcing transformation
- Establish governance frameworks and operational guidelines
- Track and report on realized savings against commitments
- Work closely with Finance for outcome validation
- Coordinate initiatives across multiple departments and teams Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise transformations
- Demonstrated expertise in outsourcing and operating model changes
- Robust leadership and relationship management skills
- Ability to navigate complex, confidential environments
- PMP, MBA, or similar credentials preferred Your expertise in transformation will be invaluable to Scotiabank’s mission.
