Pay Range: $500–$2,200/month depending on experience and part time/full-time commitment

About Us

Stoney Hill Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping clients scale through automated sales funnels, high-converting CRM systems, and multi-channel marketing campaigns. We are seeking a dedicated GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to own, build, optimize, and maintain our agency and client GHL environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Workflow & Automation Building: Design, test, and deploy multi-step GHL automation workflows using triggers, conditional logic, SMS, email drips, and appointment scheduling.
- Funnels & Landing Pages: Build, edit, and optimize responsive landing pages, lead capture forms, and multi-step funnels directly in GHL.
- CRM & Pipeline Setup: Create custom sales pipelines, custom fields, contact tags, smart lists, and lead scoring to keep contact database structure clean.
- Integrations & Troubleshooting: Connect GHL with external platforms using Webhooks, Zapier, Make, Stripe, Twilio, and Mailgun; debug broken automations and webhook failures.
- Snapshot Management: Build, deploy, and update GHL sub-account snapshots across client accounts.
- Client & Internal Support: Maintain smooth operations, address technical bugs promptly,



and continuously optimize existing marketing stacks.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience exclusively configuring GoHighLevel across multiple sub-accounts/agencies.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with GHL Workflows, CRM logic, Funnel Builder, Calendars, Trigger Links, and Snapshot deployment.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience setting up Zapier, Make, Webhooks, Twilio, LC Phone, and payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal).
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills for team collaboration and documentation.
- Equipment & Tech Setup: Reliable high-speed internet (with backup option), quiet working environment, and a functional computer setup.
- Problem-Solving: Independent worker who can come up with appropriate and creative solutions to new problems.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- GoHighLevel Official Certification.
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads retargeting, and tracking pixels.
