- Operate Cat 14M and 16M graders safely
- Achieve precise grading using GPS systems

- Perform thorough inspections and hazard assessments

- Minimum of 5 years experience in grading
- Familiarity with GPS technology for grading
- Ability to read site plans and blueprints
- Clean driver's abstract and valid license
