About the Role The company is a growing e-commerce brand looking for a talented Graphic Designer / AI Specialist to join our in-house team.

This is primarily a graphic design position, but we're looking for someone with strong, hands-on experience using AI to create professional images, videos, and other creative assets.

We're looking for someone who can combine traditional graphic design skills with modern AI tools and technology.

ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design — Primary Focus

- Create graphics for our website, email, advertising, social media, Amazon, and other marketing channels
- Design product graphics, promotional materials, banners, infographics, and lifestyle creative
- Edit and enhance product photography
- Maintain consistent branding across all creative
- Take concepts and ideas and turn them into polished finished designs
- Create Amazon product images, A+ Content, and Storefront graphics

AI & Video
- Use ChatGPT and Claude for creative and production work
- Create AI-generated images and realistic commercial imagery
- Create AI-generated product videos
- Turn product images into engaging videos
- Create AI avatar/spokesperson videos
- Take photos of real people and create realistic AI videos featuring them
- Create AI-generated scenes, backgrounds, and product environments
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional graphic design and video editing
- Stay current with new AI image and video tools

Experience with Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, Synthesia, Gemini, or similar tools is a major plus. Video — Bonus

- Edit product and promotional videos
- Create short-form video content
- Add graphics, text, music, transitions, and effects
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is a plus





Amazon & Social Media — Bonus Experience with Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Storefronts, e-commerce, and social media creative is highly valued.

Social media management is not the primary responsibility, but experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc. is a strong bonus.

What We're Looking For

- Professional graphic design experience and a strong portfolio
- Strong Photoshop and design skills
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout, color, and branding
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools
- Strong knowledge of ChatGPT and/or Claude
- Experience with AI image and video generation
- Experience creating AI avatar or spokesperson videos is a major plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take an idea and execute it independently
- Creative, technically capable, and comfortable learning new tools

We're looking for someone who can actually create with AI — not someone who has simply experimented with ChatGPT.

The Ideal Candidate

You're a strong graphic designer who is also highly interested in AI and emerging technology.

You enjoy figuring out how to turn an idea, product image, or photograph into something much more polished and engaging using the latest creative tools.

You don't need to be a social media manager or marketing strategist. We need someone who can make things.

In-Office Position

This is a full time, in-office position where you'll work directly with our team and products.

Compensation

Approximately $30/hour, depending on experience and skill level.
