We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and relay messages efficiently
- Assist guests with their needs by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Support front desk operations by processing check-outs, payments, and administrative tasks with attention to detail
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles; hotel experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk software preferred
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on guest services and satisfaction
- Previous experience working in a hotel or similar setting is advantageous
