In this role, you will implement health and safety programs while ensuring compliance and effective incident investigation processes. As a part of the Corporate Health and Safety team, your leadership will support Team Members and enhance workplace safety across various centers. Key Responsibilities:

- Address health and safety issues for Team Members
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Conduct health and safety audits and drills
- Guide Emergency Response Team training and strategies
- Design compliance-related training sessions for the office Requirements:
- College diploma in Health and Safety or equivalent
- 3-5 years health and safety experience required
- CRST certified, Internal Auditor certification is an asset
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
