Guenther is looking for a dedicated Health and Safety Leader to implement EHS processes and oversee adherence to industry regulations.

This hands-on position involves evaluating and improving EHS initiatives while working closely with operations management. You'll be instrumental in promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead EHS training and employee development programs
- Monitor workplace conditions and safety practices
- Manage EHS documentation and compliance tracking
- Conduct audits and report on EHS performance metrics
