Schedule: Monday to Friday | 40–45 hours/week | Occasional weekends as needed

Willowbrook Nurseries is looking for an experienced, hands-on Heavy Equipment / Agricultural Mechanic to join our team.

We have a diverse fleet of trucks, trailers, tractors, forklifts, and agricultural/nursery equipment, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting different types of equipment, solving problems, and working independently.

A 310T licence is an asset, but it is NOT required. Experienced agricultural, heavy equipment, diesel, fleet, and industrial mechanics are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks, trailers, tractors, forklifts, and agricultural/nursery equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel-related issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed
- Order and source parts and work with outside suppliers and contractors
- Help organize repair priorities and keep equipment maintenance on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and repair problems
- Take ownership of repairs from diagnosis through completion
- Help us improve equipment reliability and overall shop efficiency

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanical repair experience
- Experience with heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, trucks, diesel equipment, forklifts, or similar machinery
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills




- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
- Welding and fabrication experience is an asset
- Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting experience is an asset
- 310T Truck & Coach Technician licence or other relevant trade certification is an asset, but not required
- Dependable, organized, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team
