Job Summary

Nucast Contracting Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery. Must have reliable transportation to and from job site. Must have heavy equipment experience.

Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and rock trucks with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material movement for construction.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines

Requirements

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers,



loaders or similar machinery
- Valid commercial driver’s license or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and site work
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Pay: $22.45-$40.67 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
