Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team.

As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our clients while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience. If you have a passion for barbering and excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and beard trims to clients
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle/grooming
- Recommend appropriate hairstyles and grooming products based on clients' hair type and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the service to ensure their satisfaction
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of all tools, equipment, and workstations
- Ensure effective time management, arriving on shift at least 15 minutes before scheduled time

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Proficient in various hair cutting techniques, including fades, trims, and styling
- Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and hairstyles
- Ability to sanitize tools and workstations according to industry standard
- Must have minimum of three years of Barber experience working at Barbershop
- Must be living in Ontario, Canada, and be able to commute to work
