Job Summary

Sabrosa Restaurant and Tequila Bar is seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive, making them feel welcomed and appreciated
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using Libro Reservation System
- Maintain waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests, ensuring smooth flow of seating
- Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about the restaurant’s services and availability
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating plans and guest flow during busy periods




- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary

Requirements

- Proven experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles is highly preferred
- Solid communication skills with an emphasis on clear, friendly interaction both in person and over the phone
- Knowledge of customer service principles and hospitality standards to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests
