Independent Residential Cleaner / Cleaning Subcontractor – Georgetown

Location: Georgetown, Halton Hills & Surrounding Areas

Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Hours: Flexible, based on available cleaning assignments

Compensation: Percentage-based per cleaning assignment

: We are seeking experienced, dependable residential cleaning subcontractors to assist with ongoing cleaning services throughout Georgetown, Halton Hills and surrounding areas.

We are looking to establish relationships with independent cleaners or small cleaning businesses interested in accepting additional residential cleaning assignments.

Our clients are primarily established, recurring households with weekly, biweekly, four-weekly and six-weekly cleaning schedules.

Cleaning assignments are scheduled Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Subcontractors may accept assignments that fit their existing schedules and availability.

This chance may be ideal for someone who already operates their own cleaning business and is looking to fill openings in their existing schedule without having to independently acquire additional clients.

Responsibilities

- Complete residential cleaning services according to the agreed scope of work.
- Maintain consistent cleaning standards and attention to detail.
- Communicate availability and accept assignments that fit your schedule.
- Arrive at agreed appointment times and communicate scheduling concerns promptly.
- Respect client privacy, property and confidentiality.
- Provide your own transportation, cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Communicate the completion of each cleaning assignment.

Requirements
- Previous professional residential cleaning experience.




- Ability to work independently and manage cleaning assignments efficiently.
- Reliable transportation throughout Georgetown and surrounding areas.
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and reliably.
- Business liability insurance preferred.
- Ability to provide invoices for completed services.

Compensation Subcontractors are compensated based on an agreed percentage between 60%-70% of each client's pre-tax cleaning rate.

Most clients have established flat-rate pricing and recurring cleaning schedules.

Compensation and estimated cleaning times will be disclosed before accepting individual assignments.

Subcontractors may accept or decline available assignments based on their availability and business capacity.
