About the Role

We're looking for an HRIS & People Analytics Specialist to help improve how workforce data, HR systems, reporting, and automation support business and people decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and optimize HRIS and workforce-management systems.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across employee and workforce data.
- Build HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
- Support integrations between HR, Finance, and other business systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to HR leadership.
- Support system testing, configuration,



and process improvements.
- Maintain data governance and HR reporting standards.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, People Analytics, or HR Operations.
- Experience working with HR technology or workforce-management platforms.
- Strong reporting, data-analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of employee lifecycle and HR processes.
- Experience with HR dashboards and workforce reporting preferred.
- Solid attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills.
