You Will

Learning Management System Administration

- Course creation & load course onto the UKG Learning Management System (LMS)
- Develop and update e-learning content using iSpring and other e-learning tools
- Monitor training assignments, generate reports, and maintain accurate training records
- Test and proofread e-learning courses
- Respond to LMS-related inquiries and provide user support

Talent Development

- Coordinate and oversee the Talent Pool Assessment Center process, including resume collection and screening in alignment with program requirements
- Manage assessment logistics and interview scheduling in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Consolidate interview feedback and assessment data, and prepare summary reports to support final decision-making

Training Support

- Edit, translate, and proofread course material of multi-language versions (i.e. Chinese, English)
- Support the logistics for in-person and online training
- Enhance employees’ learning experience and support company’s events
- Human Resources Information System
- Maintain and update employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Support system configuration, user access, and troubleshooting of HRIS-related issues
- Partner with external & internal stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Generate People Analytics reports and analytics to support HR operations
- Assist in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements

You Should Have / Be

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or a business-related field.
- Working experience or knowledge in the Human Resources field.
- Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)



and Workforce Management (WFM) systems, including data maintenance, reporting, and system navigation.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and knowledge of e-learning software, such as iSpring.
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is an asset.
- Robust organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong ability to learn independently and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines without compromising work quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and ethically.
- Strong interest in the Human Resources field.
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering quality work.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Chinese is an asset; knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus.

5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
