We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Supervisor to lead our safety initiatives on construction sites. Duties

- Supervise daily safety operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions promptly
- Coordinate with construction management teams to develop and enforce comprehensive safety plans tailored to each project phase
- Lead safety training sessions for workers, subcontractors, and visitors to reinforce safety protocols and promote awareness
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions taken
- Investigate accidents or incidents thoroughly, compile reports, and recommend measures to prevent recurrence
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards

Experience





- Proven experience working within the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes and site operations
- Prior experience in health and safety supervision or management roles on construction projects is highly desirable
- Familiarity with construction management software for tracking safety activities and documentation is preferred
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction sector
- Strong communication skills to effectively train teams and liaise with regulatory authorities
