Summary Lead HR activities for the Canadian market from the regional headquarters, acting as a strategic partner to store management and employees to deliver a best-in-class employee experience. Own full-cycle recruitment, talent development, employee relations and HR administration while ensuring compliance with federal and provincial employment laws. Use data, reporting and AI-enabled tools to streamline HR processes and support business objectives across the store network.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end recruitment and employer branding for the market, including sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers.

- Partner with store management on workforce planning, compensation proposals, performance management and succession planning.
- Drive talent development initiatives, career conversations and mobility to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations and coach managers on conflict resolution and corrective actions.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy, streamline HR administration and produce reporting and analysis on HR trends.




- Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize HR workflows and improve candidate and employee experience.
- Regular travel across the Canadian market to support stores in person.

Requirements - 3–7 years of HR experience, ideally within retail specialty or luxury environments, with direct responsibility for a market or client group.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Master's is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial employment legislation; international HR exposure is an asset.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience and ability to mentor or manage junior HR team members.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills; ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Excel and HR digital tools/HRIS; comfortable using AI-assisted sourcing and workflow tools.
- Fluent English; French is a robust asset; willingness to travel regularly across the market.
