Heating & Air Conditioning Technician

Spring Home is a Toronto-based HVAC company offering complete Heating (forced air system, heat pump, and hydronic boiler heating), Air Conditioning, and Ventilation installation and service to the GTA area. We have spent the last 20 years working with HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout the Toronto region. We are proud of our established reputation as a reliable, trustworthy contractor.

We are currently looking for hard-working Technicians with their G2 Gas Technician license and/or 313D/313A Certificate of Qualification to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Residential and Light Commercial HVAC installation
- Residential and Light Commercial HVAC equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experienced team player with residential installation and/or repair background
- Skilled and able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Ability to think, react and solve HVAC issues
- Deliver timely solutions based on our client’s needs and company requirement
- Clean driving record
- G1 or G2 or G3 Gas Licence is a must
- ODP Certificate is a must
- 313D and 313A certificates are preferred.
- Willing to work overtime in the busy season

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000 to over $100,000.00 per year depends on perfomrance

Experience

- Installation technician--HVAC Installation: 2 years (MUST)
- Service Technician--HVAC repair: 3 years (MUST)
- Maintenance Technician--HVAC maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License:
- Air Conditioning & Refrigeration 313D or 313A (Preferred)
- Drivers Licence (Must)
- Gas Technician 2 or 3 (Must)
- WHMIS (Must)
- Work at Heights (Must)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
