Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system inspections, and calibration to ensure peak efficiency.
- Repair or replace faulty components including motors, thermostats, valves, and electrical wiring with precision.
- Utilize plumbing, welding, and mechanical skills to address complex issues involving piping or structural components.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to guide repairs and installations accurately.
- Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC units or associated systems to restore full functionality promptly.
- Collaborate with construction teams or contractors during system installations or upgrades in office.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, welding, and appliance repair.
- Proven mechanic experience with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams efficiently.




- Construction experience is a plus for understanding installation processes and structural considerations.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures for various HVAC equipment to ensure longevity and performance.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex system issues.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with hands-on mechanical aptitude to handle diverse repair scenarios effectively.

`Duties`- Service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings- Perform mechanical work- Build and assemble HVAC components and equipment- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems. Furnace, AC, Boilers, Ductless Units, Fireplace's ect- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance

`Qualifications`- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude- Ability to read and interpret schematics- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components- Excellent problem-solving skills- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
