Duties

- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system inspections, and calibration to ensure peak performance.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to diagnose issues accurately.
- Conduct plumbing and appliance repairs related to HVAC systems to maintain operational integrity.
- Utilize welding skills for ductwork fabrication or repairs when necessary.




- Assist with boiler system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Support construction projects by providing mechanical expertise during system installation or upgrades.

Skills

- Robust mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, and boiler operation.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for accurate troubleshooting.
- Proven mechanic experience with a focus on maintenance and repair of complex systems.
- Knowledge of appliance repair techniques relevant to HVAC-related equipment.
- Construction experience that supports installation and system integration projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and documenting work accurately.
