Meridian OneCap is seeking an Early Stage Collector to minimize delinquencies and negotiate payment arrangements with customers. You will handle delinquency follow-ups, manage the collections inbox, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues affecting payments.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in collections, bilingual English/French is an asset, and solid negotiation skills. The role is a 6-month contract with a hybrid work model in Toronto, Montreal, or BC offices.
