- Draft and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions
- Supervise external counsel for legal opinions and transactions




- Participate in environmental committees affecting the Corporation
- Maintain current knowledge of real estate legislation
- Advocate for the Corporation’s legal needs to stakeholders Requirements:
- Bar member in Quebec or Ontario
- 3-5 years' relevant legal experience
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
