Who We Are

Seven Sails Dental Centre is a contemporary, fully digital dental practice in Nanaimo focused on providing high-quality care in a calm, welcoming environment.

Our relationships with patients extend beyond their appointments. We're looking for a caring, proactive Hygiene & Recall Coordinator who will help our patients stay connected to their ongoing oral health care while keeping our hygiene schedule healthy, organized and productive.

Who You Are

You're a natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. You're organized, persistent without being pushy, and genuinely enjoy helping people follow through on the care they need.

Dental experience is an asset, but it isn't required. We're willing to teach the right person our systems, software, terminology and recall processes.

You bring:

What You'll Do

You'll take ownership of keeping our hygiene schedule strong and helping patients remain connected to their recommended care.

Your responsibilities will include

● Managing hygiene scheduling,



confirmations and recalls

● Reaching out to overdue and unscheduled patients by phone, text and email

● Filling short-notice openings and maintaining an active waitlist

● Following up with patients who are due or overdue for care

● Reviewing upcoming schedules for openings, patient needs and booking opportunities

● Coordinating closely with our hygienists, dentists and administrative team

● Accurately documenting patient communication and follow-up

● Preparing the hygiene schedule for the following day
