We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Paralegal to join our leading boutique immigration law firm. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to one partner's busy team.

Main duties include

- Collecting information from clients
- Drafting application forms, legal documents and correspondence
- Performing clerical tasks such as data entry and file organization
- Managing and organize legal projects efficiently
- Utilize software for document management and legal bookkeeping

Required skills and experience:
- Experience working in Canadian immigration legal practice
- Solid organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data effectively
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,000.00-$72,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:
- legal assistant: 1 year (preferred)
