Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Order diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic medical records systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems .
- Strong data collection and analysis skills for patient care management.
- Experience in family medicine settings with the ability to triage urgent medical situations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with family medicine practices for patient follow-up and management.
- Skill in vaccination and TB testing.
