Duties
- Manage and organize case files using legal management software, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Compile applications such as Canadian work permits, study permits, TRV's, supervisas, and all kinds of sponsorship applications.
- Answer phone calls, correspond to email communications and handle all kinds of communication in an effective manner.
- Perform detailed proofreading of all legal materials to ensure accuracy and consistency before submission
- Interview clients to gather essential information, assess eligibility, and clarify case details while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Enter data meticulously into case management systems,
ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection protocols
- Coordinate with clients to facilitate timely processing of applications

- Proven experience in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and clerical support within a legal or immigration setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
