WoodGreen Community Services is seeking a Youth Worker for the In-Home Intensive Program (IHIP) for youth aged 12 to 17. This 12-month contract role involves home-based services, frequent contact with youth and families, and coordinating individualized plans (6-9 hours/week).
Qualifications include a degree in Child & Youth Work or Social Work, minimum 5 years’ experience with adolescents, trauma-informed practice, and certifications such as First Aid/CPR.
