Key Responsibilities:



• Lead project planning and resource management for neighbourhood projects • Develop and implement tracking processes for project delivery • Support Project Managers in issue resolution and risk management • Foster strategic relationships across multiple departments • Review and approve designs from consultants to ensure project success

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with P.Eng. certification • Minimum 7 years in engineering/project management roles • Thorough understanding of construction processes and legislation • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage contractors • Strong verbal and written communication skills
