What a day look like as an Installer:

- Manage the full installation cycle including including installing windows, patio doors and doors
- Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
- Work with CRM technology that makes you more efficient and effective

REQUIREMENTS:

- Live in greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate
- Experience in minimum 1 year of installation windows and doors
- Must have experience with interior finishing and exterior aluminum capping
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Strong planning and organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task and prioritize (excellent time-management skills)
- Ability to work independently (self-managed) and with other associates in a team workplace
- Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time walking, standing, climbing stairs,



lifting
- Be able to lift, carry and handle 50 lbs.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Adaptable in working hours between days and weekend
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Clean Driver Abstract
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a diplomatic demeanor, and an energetic, self-motivated ambitious, and enterprising attitude
- Responsible and punctual
- Travel up to 100% of the time to customer locations
