AMC Insurance Brokers is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Insurance Advisors with a heavy focus on ICBC Autoplan to join our growing team across all 12 of our branch locations in British Columbia!

This role is a great fit for recent licence holders or professionals with at least 6 months of foundational ICBC Autoplan experience who enjoy helping clients, managing high-volume counter transactions, and building a long-term career in insurance. (Fresh graduates or newcomers with a Level 1 license and basic Autoplan experience are strongly encouraged to apply!)

- Vancouver | Surrey Head Office | South Surrey | Cloverdale | Langley | Burquitlam (Coquitlam) | Eagle Ridge (Coquitlam) | Downtown Vancouver | North Vancouver | New Westminster | Abbotsford | Burns Lake

Here is what a typical day looks like
- Assist walk-in and returning clients with high-volume ICBC Autoplan transactions and renewals
- Master and execute daily auto insurance processing through ICBC PolicyCenter and internal systems
- Provide basic quotes, process plates/transfers, and explain auto insurance coverage options clearly
- Help clients choose standard insurance solutions that fit their immediate motoring needs
- Process policy changes, cancellations, and related counter transactions accurately with strict attention to detail
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service in a bustling retail environment
- Build strong client rapport through clear communication and helpful follow-up
- Work collaboratively with senior team members to support daily branch operations

The value you bring
- Licence Requirement: Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence required
- Experience:



Minimum 6 months of dedicated ICBC Autoplan processing experience (freshers with a valid Level 1 license and basic exposure are welcome)
- Technical Knowledge: Working familiarity with ICBC PolicyCenter operations
- Communication: Strong customer service orientation and clear English communication skills
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy under pressure, and a willingness to learn
- Location: Ability to work in person at your preferred AMC office location

Assets:

- Eagerness to pursue a Level 2 licence and progress into a senior Advisor role over time
- Additional customer service or retail sales experience
- Multi-lingual abilities (Punjabi, Korean, Mandarin, etc.) are always a robust asset across our branch network
