Job Summary

Join our agile construction team as an Insulation Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing building efficiency and comfort. In this energetic position, you'll assist with installing insulation materials in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Duties

- Assist with the installation of various insulation materials, ensuring proper placement and securement according to project specifications
- Use hand tools such as knives, tape measures, and trowels to cut, shape, and install insulation products efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine insulation requirements and placement
- Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces, measuring spaces, and setting up scaffolding or ladders as needed
- Support the application of caulking around insulation to seal gaps and improve energy efficiency
- Handle drywall installation tasks when required, including measuring, cutting, and fastening drywall panels




- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

- Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading to follow project instructions accurately
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and drywall installation is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday
- Reliable team player with good communication skills
