What We’re Looking For Beyond Group is looking for a Spray Foam Helper to join our team. Successful applicants must have a great attitude, like working hard and being part of a team. Preference will be given to those who know and understand spray foam insulation, but no experience is necessary.

The spray foam helper is a critical part of the Insulation team. They are on site to eliminate all obstacles that would slow down the job progress. Being a self-starter and understanding the process of installations is key. You will have to work both behind and ahead of the sprayer to meet target times.

What You’ll Do

- Make sure trucks are ready to leave the shop in the morning with all the supplies needed for the day
- Complete the truck checklists
- Eliminate obstacles on site that would slow down job progress
- Work both behind and ahead of the sprayer to meet target times
- Report directly to the Spray Foam Lead

What We’re Looking For

- A great attitude, you like working hard and being part of a team
- A self-starter who ideally understands the process of the installations
- No experience necessary; preference will be given to those who know and understand spray foam insulation
