Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insulator/Spray Foam Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials and spray foam systems to improve energy efficiency and comfort in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass, mineral wool, and spray foam, according to project specifications and blueprints
- Prepare surfaces and spaces by measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation components with precision
- Operate hand tools such as caulking guns, knives, drills, and saws safely and efficiently to complete installations
- Apply spray foam insulation using specialized equipment, ensuring proper coverage and adherence
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings to accurately execute insulation layouts
- Perform caulking around windows, doors, and seams to seal gaps and improve energy efficiency




- Use drywall tools for finishing work when necessary to ensure smooth surfaces for insulation applications
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience

- Prior experience in construction or insulation installation is highly preferred
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings is essential for accurate project execution
- Hands-on knowledge of caulking techniques and the use of hand tools is required
- Experience working with drywall or related finishing tasks is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to spray foam equipment and insulation materials
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced construction environments

Pay: $20.38-$36.69 per hour
