We are looking for a talented, well-rounded individual who is adept at the design and technical sides of Architecture and Interior Design. Excellent time management skills, ability to contribute to meeting deadlines, and willingness to learn are the attributes we expect from all our employees.

To qualify for this position, you need to possess:

- Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills, including the ability to translate ideas from concepts to detailed drawings.
- Experience (min. 2 years post-graduation) in an architectural office environment.
- Experience in significant project phases from concept through completion.
- Experience with and interest in tenant improvements.
- Experience using AutoCAD 2018 (or above) and Revit software.
- Excellent understanding of the BC Building Code, Vancouver Building Code Bylaws, and basic building envelope concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member, and to incorporate direction well. Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.




- Self-motivation and the ability to work within project constraints.
- A desire to gain real-world skills that will aid you throughout your career.
