Join an Emerging Technologies team working at the intersection of technology, strategy, experimentation, and public service within a Smart Cities workplace. This role supports the evaluation of emerging technologies and helps modernize city services through hands-on learning, analysis, and operational coordination. The position includes coordination of events, facilities, equipment, onboarding, vendors, and administrative services within the Wave Technology Centre.

Must Haves

- 3+ years as a Business/System Analyst
- 3+ years in data analysis including collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating information
- 3+ years working with Software Development Methodologies
- 3+ years supporting software package application implementations and/or system development projects
- 3+ years performing business impact and risk and value analysis

Nice to Have
- Experience in UI/UX design discipline
- Prior experience in project management planning, reporting and estimating
- Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations

Responsibilities
- Coordinate events within the Wave Technology Centre
- Coordinate facilities, equipment, onboarding, vendors, and administrative services
- Maintain equipment-booking and loan records
- Prepare user-orientation materials and technology inventories
- Coordinate software installations
- Provide shared-mailbox support
