As an Intern/Student – Compliance and Controls, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance activities, as well as regulatory analyses and initiatives, to help ensure the effective application of the regulatory risk management framework at iA Dealer Services.

What You’ll Accomplish With Us

As an Intern/Student – Compliance and Controls, you’ll be at the core of our mission and contribute to a variety of exciting and rewarding projects, including:

- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of regulatory compliance activities;
- Participate in internal control testing and process documentation;
- Assist in preparing regulatory reports and presentations for management;
- Conduct research on regulatory changes and assess their impacts;
- Collaborate with internal departments at iA Dealer Services, its subsidiaries, and entities across iA Financial Group, while providing support to the First Line of Defense (1 LOD / 1A);
- Contribute to drafting or updating policies, guidelines, and procedures;
- Participate in reorganizing and managing information in SharePoint;
- Support data analysis and the creation of presentations or reports using Power BI, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools;
- Contribute to the management, analysis, and summarization of emails and information related to compliance activities.





What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role We’re looking for someone who:

- Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field;
- Is recognized for their thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Stands out for their analytical mindset and ability to structure and synthesize information to assess regulatory issues and support decision-making;
- Demonstrates strong professional curiosity and a keen interest in compliance, regulation, and the insurance industry;
- Has knowledge of Power BI or a strong interest in developing skills with this tool.

An intermediate level of English proficiency is required, as the individual will be expected to review and analyze regulatory documentation from various provinces and communicate with English-speaking internal partners on a weekly basis. Why you’ll love working with us
